I had the pleasure of ordering Chin Chin from this business, and while my first batch was a bit too sweet for my taste, the owner went above and beyond in her customer service. She immediately issued me a refund and truly listened to my feedback about offering a low-sugar version. To my surprise, she even created a new low-sugar recipe and sent me a sample, which turned out absolutely perfect! It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days — I truly appreciate the professionalism and the quality, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!
